The Raffi Foundation for Child Honouring is thrilled to take part in O.U.R. EcoVILLAGE’s reVILLAGEing Family Camp in Shawnigan Lake, BC — a family-friendly gathering happening July 6–20 that weaves together sustainability, creativity, and community.
Our Child Honouring workshops, offered July 7 & 8, invite participants into joyful, hands-on experiences rooted in music-making, nature-based art and the creation of a Gratitude Tree.
But this isn’t just a camp — it’s a vibrant, intergenerational village where families co-create a more caring world through permaculture, creative expression, and shared learning. At its heart, the camp is grounded in Child Honouring, where the wellbeing of children guides every step we take.
The Foundation is honoured to offer interactive workshops that include:
- Nature’s Sound Symphony – Make instruments from natural materials
- The Gratitude Tree – Share messages of thanks and connection
- Ephemeral Art & Collage – Create nature-based art and postcards
